Relationship difficulties, financial problems, and work or academic stress can all play a role.

Genetic Factors

A family history of mental illness may indicate a genetic predisposition.

Medical Conditions

Certain medical conditions, such as chronic illness, chronic pain, or hormonal changes, can affect mental health.

frequently asked questions

What services does Daybridge Services offer?

We provide a range of behavioral health services, including individual psychotherapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Our team works with you to create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

How do I get started or schedule an appointment?

Getting started is easy. Simply reach out through our contact form, by phone, or by email, and our team will help you schedule an initial appointment and answer any questions you may have.

Is therapy confidential and safe?

Yes, therapy is both confidential and safe. Your therapist is legally and ethically bound to keep everything discussed in sessions private, unless there is a risk of harm to you or others.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what brings you in. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals, then work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. There's no pressure—just a supportive space to begin.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of service, and we provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network care—we recommend checking your out-of-network benefits with your insurer.

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and who is it for?

An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a higher level of structured support than weekly therapy, without requiring hospitalization or an overnight stay. It typically involves several sessions per week that combine individual and group therapy. IOP can be a good fit for those who need more consistent support—whether stepping down from a higher level of care or seeking more structure than traditional weekly sessions provide.
